Service

Vouch is a marketplace that connects brands (“Advertisers”) with Instagram users (“Creators” or “Earners”). Advertisers create campaigns by providing content (reels, images) and a budget. Creators browse available campaigns, apply, share approved content to their Instagram, and earn a per-share payout once our system verifies the post is live.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Vouch.
• You must have a valid, active Instagram account in good standing to participate as a Creator.
• You must have a valid PayPal account to receive Creator payouts.
• Use of Vouch for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

• Advertisers are responsible for the content they submit. Content must not violate Instagram’s Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or third-party rights.
• Budgets are charged at campaign launch. Vouch allocates those funds to verified Creator payouts as the campaign runs.
• Campaigns may reach fewer Creators than estimated. Reach estimates are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
• Advertisers may not use Vouch to promote illegal products, adult content, weapons, hate speech, or anything that violates Instagram’s policies.
• Vouch reserves the right to pause or remove any campaign that violates these Terms without prior notice.

• Creators must share campaign content exactly as briefed. Altering, cropping, or misrepresenting content voids the payout for that share.
• Creators must keep the post live for the duration specified in the campaign brief. Deleting a post early may result in payout reversal and account suspension.
• Creators may not use bots, purchased followers, or any artificial engagement to inflate metrics.
• Creators are responsible for disclosing paid partnerships in accordance with the FTC guidelines and Instagram’s branded content policies.
• Payouts are released only after our automated system verifies the post is live and meets campaign requirements.

Advertisers: Campaign budgets are non-refundable once a campaign is live and Creators have been approved. In rare cases — such as a verified technical error on our part or a campaign that failed to launch entirely — we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@vouchh.xyz within 7 days of the relevant event.

Creators: Payouts are released to your connected PayPal account after verification. Vouch does not charge Creators any fees.

We offer no general refund policy. Refunds are exceptional, discretionary, and limited to documented platform errors.

Advertisers retain ownership of all campaign content they upload. By submitting content to Vouch, Advertisers grant us a limited licence to display and distribute that content to Creators for the purpose of running the campaign.

The Vouch name, logo, platform design, and all original content on vouchh.xyz are the property of Vouch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Vouch platform
• Use the platform to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
• Circumvent any payment, verification, or security mechanism
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional terms or payout systems

Vouch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific reach, follower growth, or campaign results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Vouch after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
